Would you like to return a product? No problem! You have 14 days to do so.
Please register your product with us before returning it.

Here's how:
1) Please log in to your customer account .
2) Please enter the email address you used to place an order with us.
3) You will immediately receive a code, which you should enter in the empty field.
4) For the item you want to return, click the "Request return" button.
5) Please state the reason for the return.
6) Complete "Request return".

We usually confirm the request within 24 hours.

7) You can then return the item. The return address will be displayed in your customer account.

Please note:
Only items that are undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
There is no right of return for second chance products, sales items and gift vouchers. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: The amount of Fr. 6.90 for shipping will be deducted from the refund.
